How it all began

The Duke of Nigeria male pageant was conceived to search out the Most Adored Noble Man in Nigeria. The Duke of Nigeria male pageant is staged to offer both sexes equal opportunities in pageantry to sample, not just great looks, but style, charm, intelligence and strength. 

This contest has been run alongside the Face of World Nigeria beauty pageant since its commencement in 2006. Both sex are camped, groomed, trained and presented to the stage to be judged and the most sexy, smart and stylish man is given the title of Duke of Nigeria. In 2006, 23 year old Obinna Onyejekwe won the title, Segun Temitope won the title of the Duke of Nigeria in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2007, and in 2008, in Imo state, Nigeria, Ononuju Chidiebere Chima Edgar emerged the Duke of Nigeria 2008. 

The Duke of Nigeria represents Nigeria at the Duke of World male pageant as well as any other international male pageants stipulated by the organization
